breakfast:

1cup whole grain granola dry

1cup blueberries

1 mango

lunch:

2 whole wheat pitas with hummus

3 fresh figs(not dried)

dinner: wow i binged for dinner

1cup dry whole grain cereal

1/2 whole wheat pita

1 really small whole grain toast

1cup red seedless grapes

oh my gosh my stomach is sticking out like never before!!!

im 17yrs old 5 feet 95pounds VEGGGGGAN

  1. lol no u didn&#039;t eat too much, u just had alot of bread and cereal foods, not that its bad, BUT i would try other foods.

  3. ur having a laugh arnt u i dont think u eat enough at least ur not eating junk food though if u cant manage any more than this then u should at least be taking some vitamins (multi vitamins r good )

  4. You could probably have eaten another 500 or 600 calories easily, and it wouldn&#039;t be too much.  For someone who is vegan, you didn&#039;t eat any veggies!!  That&#039;s a bit of a gap.

    you may feel that you have eaten a lot, but when you consider the calories in each of those food items, it isnt much at all.

  6. It doesn&#039;t sound like you ate too much. Just eat a little bit less next time so your stomache don&#039;t feel so full.

  7. No you didn&#039;t overeat at all. Your body typically needs 2,000 calories a day! Don&#039;t stress it :D

    plus you are so light weight that you wouldn&#039;t matter if you felt you ate too much

    I would say you ate just under 1600 calories for the day, so you didn&#039;t overeat! Don&#039;t worry!

  13. You are consuming roughly 1800 calories a day, provided you don&#039;t snack ? no cheating please. At 17, you need 1800 calories, if you stay pretty active, mind &amp; body ?  Therefore you aren&#039;t over eating. I&#039;m not a vegan like you, but a lacto-vegetarian.  I eat lots of veggies, fruits, and complex carbohydrates.

    and I&#039;m much older than you are, ha,ha,ha. Sounds as though you are pretty conscious of healthy eating. Keep it up.
