TWO years college/university

After medical school, 1 year as intern

3 years as resident (hopefully last year you can be "chief resident")

1 year optional Fellowship in your specialty

Probably Board Certification

You forgot the 80 hour weeks & not sleeping & being very proactive to get the experience you will need.
