Did I get a good deal when I sold my bearded dragons?

Hello, I was just wondering everybody's opinions on if I got a good deal when I sold my bearded dragons...I had 1 male and 1 female adult bearded dragons, and a 120 gallon aquarium, and all of the the light etc, and the 120 gallon stand...I got $1,000.00 in store credit at a pet store, and $100.00 cash. I think I got a really good deal! What is everyone elses opinion? I wanted store credit anyways because I want to buy alot of guinea pigs and cages etc.... By the way, he is not going to sell my bearded dragons, he is keeping them for display purpose only in his pet store...So he is not going to cram them in a 10 gallon tank, or nothing stupid like that...Hes really going to take care of them, and keep them in the 120 gallon. Any opinions on if I got a good deal would be appreciated! thanks!!

I think thats a great deal. $1000 store credit is huge, plus $100 cash is just the cherry on the cake! =)

I know i'd be happy with that amount of credit at a petstore anyway.

I would say you did.. and the store owner did too.. because the $1000 probably only costs him $300 - $400 since that is what he paid for the stock that you will take for the credit...

the cash was good too, since its money you can spend anywhere its always more valuable.

the credit is only good if you plan on spending that much money within a short period of time (so many people lose their credit slips,forget about them, or they expire)..

if you cannot use it quick at least buy stuff for friends OR better yet.. somethings for the local shelter and donate them..(call the shelter to see what they need most).

thats a pretty good deal! im just curiuos why did you sell you dragons for guinea pigs? your ging to breed them? anywayz congrats on that deal!

i would be really happy with that kind of deal, the store credit will be handy and the cash is a bonus so pat yourself on the back it was good
