I bought a Keyboard off eBay on the 2nd of this month I just went to my ebay and its saying This user is no longer registered on eBay what does that mean??????? will I still get my keyboard? I paid through Paypal and now I cant even email the seller

Probably the user banned by ebay, you should lodge a claim at ebay and paypal, they should able to refund you in a month.

PayPal will often return your money if you've been scammed. Just contact them and explain the situation.

It does sound a bit dodgy yes! Contact Paypal as they should be able to claim the money back for you. But it has only been a week so you may be required to wait a bit longer.
