Did I get the second interview?

Well, I went for an interview for what is in my eyes considered a dream job. recruitment coordinator for a huge organization. I knew that I completely qualified for the position based on their requirements and even some of their preferred requirements. I went into the interview which was done by 2 other recruitment coordinators. I won't lie, I was nervous but I believe I sufficiently answered their questions. and turned out that one was in the field for the same reasons, etc. They both kept saying good and great throughout the interview. Then, she asked me how soon I would be available to work and if the hours were okay, which I answered. Then they say we got more interviews for this week and then they have decisions to make and will be contacting me if I have a second interview with the recruiter and director. I should be hearing from them in the next week or so. Is it even possible to read anything from that???

If they are conducting second interviews then that is standard for them to inform you of that.  It is their way of saying that if you don't hear from them next week then you are not in the running for the open position and you should not contact them to ask them if you are.  You cannot read into the interview at all, as you have no way of knowing what qualifications the other interviewee's have or their experience in the field.
