Did I harassed someone? Not sure.

Question

On you tube? I was in a sour mood and was searching for a video I couldn't find and oddly it took me way off my subject to asian men who cross dress. So I did say I didn't like this video and someone replied back to me calling me fat when he/she whatever didn't ever see me before.

So I called him or her? A f-ag three times in one post where you make a comment. If he/she reports me can I get in trouble since my word was worse?

This happened 2 months ago but just in case, what can they do if they said I was harassing them? Would you-tube remove my account, or send me to court, or bill me, or other?

I doubt that you have anything to worry about in this case.  But, you should ALWAYS be carefull of what you right about others online.  There is always the possibility of someone getting upset about what you say and filing a libel suit against you.  Also, YouTube does have the right to deactivate your account with them at anytime if they feel you are being abusive.  Since it has been 2 months though, they are probably not taking any action.  Just be a little more mindfull in the future.
