Question:

Did I not get my point across if they are not intimidated?

I befriended a male student in school and he proved my prejudged thoughts correct: He was a perverted loser.

I never yelled at him for making sexual passes, but I simply brushed him off and ignored.

Now he just stares at me ALL THE TIME. I thought if I yelled he would take it for something else, and not for why I did not like him. He seemed so surprised that I didn't want to talk to him (delusions of grandeur type personality).

1. How would you handle this.

2. Should I feel bad that he still stares at me? I feel as if I did not put him in his place if he can still look at me lustfully almost?

  1. 1. I'd continue to ignore him, especially if you're not interested in being his friend.. at this point, it's almost too complicated to pursue a friendship with him since he has an infatuation with you right now haha.

    2. I think you should step up and tell him straight up that you're not an aimal at a zoo and that you feel uncomfortable that he stares at you.

Obviously his ego has not been bruised enough and maybe he feels like he can still get you..

I think just letting him know that you don't appreciate his advances will show that you're more than just a pretty prop for his eyes... and that will be the period/end point hopefully to rejecting him haha...

  2. If it seems like he's trying to provoke you, ignore him. Maybe he's just trying to get a reaction.

  3. I think he has moved on, he just stares at you in disbelief.

  4. Perhaps you're being too subtle.  Maybe bluntness should be your next approach.

  5. Take it as flattery on your part, and a bad case of Lust on his.  If you were not a looker he would not have his problem with you. It would be someone else? With out saying much about my own species, they mostly are lustful disgusting, urinate all over the seat kind of people. It appears that the only thing that has changed in man it they stand upright now and the threw away the tree trunk head bashing club. :) God Speed to ya. On the lighter side perverted souls, some people love to get someone Else's goat!

  6. There are so many other things to worry about.  I'm sure this isn't the first guy that has acted this way with you and I can assure you it wont be the last.

I work with 98% men.  They know I am married and I still have to endure things like this from some of them.

It's just the way it goes, just tell him nicely that you are not interested, never will be, and the fact that he stares creeps you out.  (Or something like that!) Cheers!
