Today, I officially began my new diet and exercise program. I played around in the pool with my friend for around 2 hours or so, then I did a total of 15 laps in the pool. Around 5: 45, I had a grilled chicken sub with mayonaise and water. A bit ago, I did 60 crunches and 30 pushups. For snacks, I've had baby carrots and a Medifast Oatmeal Raisin bar. I just made a bowl of Medifast Chicken noodle soup. So, am I starting off this program right? Any suggestions?
