Did I test too soon?

Question

I just took a first response early preg test and it came back neg. Last month I had my period on the 10th and this month it's due on the 7th (28 day cycle) the box does say as early as 5 days before a missed period. Should I retest or is this test pretty accurate?

I would recommend you to wait 5 more days some women don't get the hormone HCG 'till they are at lest 4 weeks pregnant

I think you should retest.  While they say they can detect as early as 5 days before your missed period, some women don't have high enough levels of HCG to get a positive result at that point.  You can used less expensive tests if you wait a few more days.
