IPL is pretty new and has generated some craze in India - may

be not in the entire world. But English soccer and other Euro

soccer is there for a long time and has been very successful.

It is too early to say IPL will get the needed attention as it very

new and matches need to be exciting for more fans to generate.

One sided affairs are boring and will defeat the purpose of

entertainment.

Currently I believe the passion exists and it is time to take a

step forward. English or Euro soccer is mature and has a lot

more crowd passion.

Enlish soccer clubs have been there for ages

IPL  is too young,in it's nascent stage

So,IPL teams will take time to generate the same connection

Cricket will always generate passionIn India ,IPL is high quality T20

cricket,so the passion is there

But people are not sure yet,which team to support

esp. since the usual India XI teams are in all teams and ppl

are used to supporting them

So,it will take time,I guess for a connection to happen
