Did Jared Fogle (the Subway guy) eat white or whole wheat bread?

This is something I've always wondered. Did Jared eat whole wheat or white bread subs? His commercials just note at the bottom of the screen that they contained no cheese or fatty condiments.

It doesn't matter. What they don't tell you is that he walked 2 miles to get to Subway to get the sandwich. I think that had more to do with the weight loss than eating at Subway.
