sakic said in a recent interview on espn that he might need until the beginning of training camp to decide if he is coming back. However i think he proabbaly is going to come back for at least 2 years because the winter Olympics are going to be held in his home town and he was talking about how that would be a great way to end his career. I hope he doesnt retire he's been my favorite player since i was little, and he was injured for a long time this season so it wasnt like going out in style. The Av's need him hes a leader and a great player.  There like my second favorite team, Sabres being first

The only thing I've heard is that he's still deciding so I'm not sure if he signed with the Avs or not.
