I heard this from a friend of mine, (who is an obama supporter) Just want to know if its true.

And if your just going to put up some junk don't bother. I haven't made a decision on who I'm voting for and unlike allot of people, I'm not going to vote for the most popular, just the most qualified.

So give me something factual.

  1. Not exactly.  He said you have to make 5 million a year to be rich.  Pretty silly really.

  2. It wasn't a joke.   He didn't give another answer besides that $5 million limit.  That was his answer.

    Sad.

  3. Sorry, I am too busy to answer. The price of arugula has captivated my attention.

  4. He said this during the Saddleback church forum as a joke. He even predicted it would be taken out of context...and it was.

  5. He says it in the video below

I wish I was middle class.

Thank you fdm215 you are right.

I should say (If I only had $4,999,999.99 dollars,  I'd be middle class)

    Message to : Hey you!

You could be right, maybe he was joking ( I find everything McCain says is a JOKE!)

  6. Can I tell you, any time you see or hear snippets of conversations, questions and answers, beware. I would only trust the source if I saw or heard a contiguous question and answer session, because sometimes answers are related to previous questions and if taken out of context sound harsh or non-sensical. I've seen it countless times, where even the answer is chopped so as to make it different than what it is. Just something to think about, because it would certainly not be the first time the MSM has attempted to smear a republican candidate with lies and misinformation. Dan Rather wasn't the first and won't be the last when it comes to liberal lies in journalism. Just something to think about in making your decision. Just be open minded and willing to take the time to hear the whole Q&A before passing judgment, in fairness to yourself so that you can make an informative opinion

  7. Yes.

Sad, isn't it, how out of touch he is.

  8. Yep, he said it as a joke,

And the left has been treating it as McCain policy ever since.

  9. yea he said it,, but it sounded more off the collar comment to me,

  11. When you have eight houses and a very wealthy wife, you are out of touch with the reality of normal Americans.

Notice how the administration denies that there is a recession?

There isn't----from their point of view.     They and their cronies are making billions, that's why they want the war to continue.
