Did Johnny Depp die? or is it just a rumor?

There's this group on www.facebook.com that said that Johnny Depp died. My Father said that he saw in the news that he had died. We looked on a hoax website to verify if it was a rumor and it had nothing. I am a huge fan, and if he died, I am going to cry. I love Johnny Depp. He is my idol. Please give some answers.

There was a fire on the set where he was filming.  No one was in the building where the fire occurred.

Trust me, if an actor who's that popular DIES, the news' going to be posted everywhere and you wont have to wonder.
