Did Junior get fined and penalized for actions detrimental to racing after bumping #20 in the Nationwide race?

None were fined or penalized....all settled in the pit meeting and Nascar was in agreement with all the drivers....

He hasn't yet & I'm sure he won't.  But he should be fined.  You can bet your last dollar if it had been anyone else, they would have been fined big time.

I'm glad to see the "personality" back.

And no penalties.  But don't wreck the cars - the teams work too hard putting them together.

How about when Jr. had the "speeding past the safety crew" one lap penalty (in the cup race) and then they rescinded it (took it back).  That one smelled of favoritism, huh?

i'm guessing that there will be no fines, but if there were, i'd say they should fine denny for hitting someone like he did under caution (keselowski just tapped him from behind to let him know he wasn't happy with him - denny took out brad's fender). and they should fine junior for running up and hitting denny from behind afterwords - the beef was between BRAD and DENNY, not JUNIOR and JOE GIBBS.  one of the few smart things denny said (although he sure didn't say it smartly), was that the actions of the crew members (the scuffle in the infield) were uncalled for - let the drivers work it out.  at least he said one thing that made sense.

I don't think any of them should be fined/penalized.  I do feel that Hamlin overreacted to the little bump Brad put on him.  He caved in the whole fender...and his stupid "i'll throw a concrete block" speech is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.  

I was glad to see Jr stick up for his young driver/car/team.  It's about time somebody has their teammates/drivers back.
