Did (Kanoon el Moroor)improve the streets in egypt????or reduced some of the crowded streets???

I am in saudi nowdays and I was really annoyed from the digusting streets in Egypt before leaving and when I heard about this law I was really happy so will I find better streets in egypt when i come back,,,,plz tell me

and if yes so ehat did change in them

are the streets now better from all the sides(traffic lights...crowdance...etc etc)???

  1. i agree with people above, the problem in Egypt is not a problem of laws, it's a problem of people claim they obey Allah while they don't.

    but many fines have been collected !

    it has made the drivers poorer and the authorities richer !

  4. nothing has/will ever improve. It is not a problem of laws, it is a problem of people's attitude as well as streets conditions. Man, we don;t even have working traffic lights or lanes for God's sake!
