Did Kimbo Sclice Tap out?

2:55 - 2:45 of round 1, Kimbo taps, in my opinion.

It's also odd that the camera shoots out to about 100 yards away, and by the time it comes back to the action Kimbo is out of the submission.

This fight looked fixed. This guys elbows and puches were weak as I have ever seen, and he's a monster.

* Also, he did not drain his ear. I mean, thats got to be a red flag to some of you right, a guy going into a fight with a big sac of blood on his ear, and then the fight gets stopped because he pops it.

No he wasn't tapping.  He was giving a thumbs up to say he's 'ok' to keep going so that the ref wouldn't stop it.  I don't like Kimbo, and I want to see him lose, but he did not tap.  Kimbo wouldn't tap; he's insane.

For argument sake (and a very weak one), let's say that he did tap out and the ref didn't see it...

Why then wasn't he lying on the floor sleeping?

NO Kimbo did not tap , although he did get beat , they surely cheated for him , he is not that great , just hard hitting .  the British guy proved Sclice can not fight , i believe it was a fixed fight , if he is good enough for that type of event , then lets us all join . i'd fight him no problem , but they will fix that one too .

Yup, I thought he tapped also, and yes I think it was fixed.  I mean the ref gave  Thompson a warning to improve his position when Thompson was in a dominant position dropping punches on Kimbo.  He stood them up, that BS.  Then he called the fight what a joke.  Thompson was fine.  Both men where very tired and Thompson was circling away from the cage when it was called.  The fight was no doubt fixed.

No , Kimbo did not tap out , and I saw the best argument for that coming from another poster who said  , if Kimbo did tap , and the ref did not see it , why wasnt kimbo unconscious? Good Point if Kimbo had tapped due to the choke he would have had to be about to pass out , and at no other point did I see a tap. Let the man have his day!

wasn't a tap..he was giving the thumbs up to the ref while he was in that guillotine choke.

JT needs his a$$ kicked for not cranking that choke out even if he had to get on his toes and gas himself to dig it in deeper.

I thought so when it was live but I guess we really don't know what he said so. Thompson is an average fighter so that's why he gassed out quick and couldn't hit for power in the second. It doesn't matter who won. Kimbo look terrible so now we know he capabilties and know what would happen if he fought a legit HW.
