Look up on Wikipedia.com "Kobe Bryant's Sexual Assault Case" and you should get some facts on it, it looks pretty d**n suspicious to me from both sides, she slept with so many other guys recently or that same night it's quite unlikely she was raped, but then Kobe Bryant goes and says what he says during the settlement and that just made me wonder.

No, his star power got him into the mess. I girl walked into his bedroom knowing fully well he was a famous basketball player. He did not rape her because she wanted it. She might have only wanted it because he was a ball player and throughout the entire time she was going to say it was rape for the money. I don't like him, think he is a cheater but do not believe he raped her. Tons would sleep with him.

He settled because he did not want to deal with it so as soon as the criminal case was done he wanted to be over the entire thing. Whatever the amount she settled for is nothing to him.

I belive in the Justice System if I had money I would go to court. Clear my name and make sure that person goes to jail for falseyfing a police document. And ruin her! I would not pay off anyone who attacked my character! Fight the accuser in court expose her lies. But I belive that the court favored Kobe by releasing her name to the media and her phone number! It was fixed as NBA Game!

You can hate all you want-- but look at it from both perspectives- if you were raped- you would settle for $$$?  There was some sketchy things about this lady- including having s*x the same night after being raped- doesn't seem to make a lot of sense...  

Only God, Kobe and this girl knows what really happened, and there are questions on her integrity as well- Kobe obviously did commit adultery but legally speaking Kobe was absolved and "HATERS" keep using this as a reason to "HATE" on him...
