yes, he did. jeff and he discussed it and kyle apologized. kyle thought jeff was lapped traffic as he had been doing so bad throughout the race and thought he was blocking him for apparently no good reason.  but they talked, jeff told him what was up, kyle actually apologized to jeff for the misunderstanding later in the week and they moved on from there. they are, after all, professionals.

That's what Jeff said. Frankly, I do not find it hard to believe. Pricks do that kind of c**p. For a pretty stupid reason too:

Jeff didn't "let" Kyle lap him.

Not sure which race it was but yes he did.  Pretty normal behavior for race car drivers.  I would personally give Harvick the bird every single time I passed him.  But thats just me.

Yes he did. Because he was being a crybaby because someone was actually racing him and not just letting him pass by. He's such a wimp
