Did Lee Strasberg have rights to the estate of Marilyn Monroe?

Lee Strasberg inherited all of Monroes property and Estate.  However, she gave her future profits to orphans.  I know that Stragerbergs second wife that Monroe never met sold all of Monroes's Estate at auction.  What is happing to all the money Monroe's name has earned has never been an open topic.  When you see t-s***s with her picture her estste should earn a %.  No report has been made as to where the money is going.
