Nope, in fact he mentioned that it usually takes a national disaster to unite us, but that McCain has frequently reached across the aisle to solve problems even when it's not a national emergency.  I don't believe he mentioned Gustav per se'.

While I may not agree with McCain on everything, he does have a bipartisan attitude going for him.

I really think Lieberman use his *acceptance * speech he wrote for

Vice President but McCain did not pick him so Lieberman just used

it and put in Katrina now and then for effect? well I like that
