We'll let him go at the end of the year like he wants, but until then we can look him in the eye and say "we did everything we possibly could to let you go, so please just finish off this year, and then you can leave"

as a non-red sox person, i hope they trade manny to a non contender, as he is still a dangerous threat to anyone he plays against. I won't say who i'm rooting for, as this is immaterial. Suffice to say, i hate it when manny comes up against my team, so, yeah, i hope he gets traded.

If I were the sox I would pick up the next two option years and just sit him for two years I know there would be legal implications but who cares these premaddona players need a smack in the face.People need to make them realize they are only making money because we need them to entertain us they are entertainers thats it, the world wouldnt end if Pro Sports  went through a lull to teach the players and owners a lesson.

Deadline has Past and Manny is still with the Sox, No way is he going down to Triple A No matter how much you dislike this guy, I like him and I want him to stay in Boston or Traded to Milwaukee during the Off-season 4 months from now, He asked to go to Green Bay for Favre but The Baseball Team in Wisconsin is not in Green Bay Its in Milwaukee and for Manny to be in Green Bay he'll have to play Milwaukee Brewers, Otherwise Manny is Being Manny Don't take Offense to it.
