    But seriously, he was on one of the warships.


  2. Margret Thatcher was the British Prime minister in 1982 during the Falklands conflict not a General or Admiral. Also Prince Charles was nowhere near there it was Prince Andrew and he was onboard HMS Invincible as part of the flight.

    Prince Charles did not take any part in the task force. However Prince ANdrew was a helicopter pilot and took part in dangerous ship protection "gatekeeper" duties amongst other roles.
