Palin was for it and McCain voted for it.

Now they are using it to say they would clear up Washington DC.

I wondered that myself.

If they get to the White House and have to clean up Washington, I suppose they'd start with themselves. I wonder if they'll get a good Secretary of State, although I think next in succession would be Speaker Nancy Pelosi.

Now that would be ironic, wouldn't it? A vote for McCain becomes the ascension of the great lady from California.
