  1. 10? Try 1000000000000000000000!

  2. I believe even the dumbest people have to accept the fact that she is a vital and viable candidate. She is one of us.I would say McCain just took the election. For all the hollywood glitz we saw with obama, you can't take away from the sanity expressed today by the republicans.

  3. i sure do hope so...we dont need Obama as out next president!!!!

  4. Is it wrong of me to feel that Palin would be the hottest VP ever?

  5. yes we need a milf in the white house

  6. the person mel above me is a idiot, she just explained who obama is and she will probably vote for him for president, she has twice the experience that obama has

  7. No.

  8. I hope so...  Next weeks polls will definitely be interesting.

  9. When selecting a VP, a candidate must take two main factors into account.

#1) Is this person ready to be president

#2) Will this person help my ticket.

I'd say McCain has it backwards but he seems to have neglected the readiness issue altogether. The theory I guess is that by picking a woman he will draw some of the middle class female vote who are upset about Obama not picking Hillary.

As if women were really that stupid.

When you take into account some of the recent health issues and his old age, it seems like McCain is willing to gamble our future for a few votes that he probably won't get anyway.

    Bad Judgement John.

  10. Yes, but the liberal "Gallup" polls which are taken in "urban America" do not accurately reflect an accurate poll. Nor do the Obama biased cheerleader networks of CNN, MSNBC, and CBS. Only Fox is staying"fair and balanced"(and miles ahead in all the ratings due to mainstream America who you cannot fool.)

  11. h**l no!!!!!

  12. No he didn't...he's still as ignorant as Bush and he's still at the bottom of the totem poll.

  13. I think he probably did do well now that the rumors of his picking Lieberman are put to rest, but the fact is that a lot of people don't know much about Palin, myself included.

If she's all that they seem to say she is, then yes, he'll gain some ground out of it, and probably ultimately win in November, but you have to bear in mind that Conservatives aren't willing to believe hype as readily as Democrats.

Oh, I can sense the fingers on the "thumbs-down" even now, but face facts:  Why is it so easy to believe that Bill and Hillary, not to mention Joe Biden all think Obama is "ready to lead", when they said exactly the opposite less than a year ago?  What changed, other than he now has the nomination?  Why is it so easy to still think of Obama as the one who will change everything when he picked a running mate that has been in the Senate for three-quarters of Obama's life?

It was probably a good move, but the "bounce" will come once people find out about her, assuming what's being said right now is true.

Even if it isn't, they'll still get a bounce when she debates Biden, since a blind dog with a note in his mouth could out-debate that moron.

  14. Smart?Gutsy?

No predictable and foolish is more like it

    Say good bye JOHN

  15. You forget, the US is much more sexist than it is racist...

  16. I agree, Obama's best response has been that this is a desperate move. Its not desperate, its a bold and innovative move unlike picking Biden. There is no contest between Biden and Palin. Palin has more executive experience than Biden and Obama combined. She is cool too, unlike biden and osama

  17. i doubt it.

  18. Sound like you are confusing Gov. Palin with House Speaker Pelosi.

As a woman and a Hillary supporter, I say no.

In essence, Palin is still wet behind the ears and maverick or not she is still a republican in my book, I dont want more of the same.

  19. very smart move

middle America can relate to her and her Feisty Style

    bring on Biden

lets see how his   mad dog strategy comes across on National TV

    BINGO !!!!!!!!

    McCain/Palin 08

  20. Obama is going to get a smacking out of this one!

  21. no, he just won the election.

  22. Smart and gutsy?!  Where is your head?  He caught the football and is running the wrong way with it.

  23. Most of America is saying "Who"??

    Thanks for the gift, John

  24. Gutsy, yes, but please explain how it's smart to pick a woman who has no federal experience, no foreign policy experience, and has only been Governor for less than 2 years, when your main argument against your opponent is that he's "young and inexperienced."

It scares me to think of her as president!  I lost a lot of respect for McCain today.

  25. haha, its funny but we do have differing opinions. you see it as gutsy, i see it as a desperate measure.

  26. He just lost the support of the republican party.

  27. No  if  anything  this  will  hurt  him.Women  are  going  to  look  at  this,like  he's  using  this  woman.And  that's  what  he  is  doing.

  28. I think it's GREAT.  Now people will realize what a fake he is.
