Yes, the RNC was advised of Bristol's pregnancy prior to the VP selection. Every article I've read about it says this was no surprise to anyone in the administration.

Yes.  Every media outlet said so as I listenned on my car radio commuting home from work late last night.  Cbs radio, Fox news, independent talk radio.  They unanimously said the same thing.
