Did McCain pick a woman because she might appeal to disappointed Hillary supporters?

Is McCain under-estimating the reasons that Hillary supporters had for supporting Hillary? Or are they just willing to vote for anyone in a skirt rather than Obama?

What are her policies? She might actually be completant, and y'know, mccain has a good chance of dying while he's president, so it's very important to see what exactly she's got going on upstairs, because she's got a good chance of ending up running the country, so some people might actually vote based on HER politics rather than mccain for exactly that reason, but anyway, at this stage I think it's pretty stupid to assume he chose her because she's a woman, if you're running a business, you hire people based on competancy.
