It seems to me John McCain picked Palin for purely political reasons. He is clearly trying to pull in some "disenchanted' Hilary supporters while attempting to have his own "we're making history" argument. But in doing so, did he put his candidacy before his country? I can think of 100 republicans off the top of my head that are more prepared to lead the country than Palin.

  1. I agree. I dont think he was looking out for the people, the government, the party, nothing, but himself and winning the election.

  2. You people wanted change... McCain came through for you all.   But as Lil Suzi said; "the kittens are Democrat" one day; then when the reporters were brought in the next day; Lil Suzi told them they were Republicans because their eyes opened.

Democrats are walking aimless with their eyes closed.  When they do open their eyes; it will be too late for them.
