YES HE DID!!!!.....it was sick the way he won....he was 7th out of 8th till the first 50m's and then he raced his way to second place....and then in the end rushed to touch the wall before the other guy and the difference was of 0.01 second between him and the guy hu was supposed to win but came in second lol.......idk his name....but it was sick....read this article....http://www.nowpublic.com/sports/u-s-swim...
