Earlier in her career, Miley Cyrus claims to have had a bit of problems with pimples on her chin and forehead, almost like every other teen.  However, as she got more popular (and got more money), it's obvious she got a dermatologist and now her skin is basically flawless.  Some people think makeup can cover pimples up, but there's really only so much makeup can do--and cover pimples is not one of them.  So basically, when you look at close-up pictures of Miley Cyrus now in 2008, her skin is completely and 100% clear and acne-free.

not sure.  they airbrush fotos and she wears makeup.

yeah I'm sure her make up people just covers them up for the show. I remember Zac EFron said he had lots of blemishes during the making of Hairspray but they covered them up

everyone does..shes famous she probably has tons of makeup..and makeup artists to cover them up.

Yeah, theres that pick or her at the KCA's and her face was caked in makeup-but u could still see em'
