It is not hard to notice to that Real Madrid’s Kaka is back. The fact that a player who could hardly find a regular spot on the team is now an important figure at the club again is surely astounding and impressive.
However, the question stands the same, what role did Jose Mourinho play in rejuvenating Kaka’s spirit? along with determining whether he had also given up on the former Ballon d’Or winner.

After a disappointing start to the season, the Special One has finally managed to set the Blancos on track as they are currently on a winning streak in the Spanish La Liga. In addition to this, the improvement shown by the squad has also been a massive one.
Dealing with injuries and in the absence of a number of important players, one could easily question whether the nine-time European champions have what it takes to go a long way in the race for the Spanish title or even in the UEFA Champions League.
Recent performances by the Whites show that they can and one of the things that had an immensely positive impact on them is the return of Kaka. The Madrid number 8 has been in top form lately and was also called by his national side for their recent friendly
matches.
Surely the attacking midfielder is enjoying his moment of truth as many had given up on him after he was unable to shine at Real Madrid for three seasons.
Soon after he was transferred to the Santiago Bernabeu from AC Milan, the midfield maestro suffered from fitness issues and injury problems. To his dismay these problems continued for an extended period of time and by the time he could feature again, he
had dropped low in the picking order.
Hence, a player who had inspired AC Milan to their Champions League triumph in 2007, was unable to find a regular start at his new club.
However, it is important to note that throughout his injury problems, Mourinho kept voicing his support for the attacking midfielder.
After Kaka returned from a knee surgery, the Portuguese mentor openly declared that it was like having signed a new player. Even though, the Brazilian’s return to form back then was a short-lived.

One can hardly blame him as his thirst for action had grown during the three seasons he spent at the Bernabeu.
