Larry Holmes!    Ali lost to Holmes by TKO because he could not answer the bell for round 11.  (I think it was round 11)  That was the last title fight Ali had as he later retired.  Tyson then knocked out Holmes when they fought.

Mark-Andrew M hit it right on the head.  Berbick and Holmes dominated a way-past-his-prime Ali.  Tyson was in the peak of his career and he destroyed both of them.

~Ali lost to Holmes by 10th round TKO on 10/2/1980.

~Ali lost to Trevor Berbick by 10 round unanimous decision on 12/11/1981.

~Tyson defeated Berbick by 2nd round TKO on 11/22/1986.

~Tyson defeated Holmes by 4th round TKO on 1/22/1988.

It should be noted that when Ali fought both Berbick and Holmes, he was severely passed his prime, while Tyson was at his peak when he fought them.
