  1. i haven't heard that, but i wouldn't be suprised

  2. NASCAR impounded a lot of peoples motors (Chevy, Ford, Dodge, and Toyota) to have them all tested.

  3. they impound every car after every race just to check that they r wat nascar wants

  4. they want to make sure the cars arent on some kind of steroids, those cars have won 3/4 of the nationwide races this year. the peolple in michigan are putting pressure on nascar to see whats up coz they suck too much to compete.

  5. Nascar took engines from a bunch of teams from Nationwide including the 18 and 20 from JGR. Theres an article on Nascar. about how the dynamometer numbers on the 20 were higher than the rest of the field, whatever that means

  6. I heard that too. does anyone have a link on it.?

  7. This happened a few years ago to Roush on the Cup side, and I think to Hendrick as well. When a team really dominates like JGR this year, it raises question marks from other owners and manufacturers. At this point any impounding is only to the please the mass' so to speak.

Roush started this earlier this year, saying Toyota had more HP's well maybe they do, it is clear they did some homework and the others are crying foul. Well TFB if they haven't broke rules this far, and winning this much then it is up to other owners to get more out of their equipment.

  8. Gibbs cars have been taken to the NASCAR dynos no less than 8 times this year.
