  1. did they have woodpeckers in that part of the world

  2. Yes, according to the story he had 2 of every animal, bird, insect and so on, so he must of had them. Sorry i'm not quite sure where he might of put them.

  3. Don't woodpeckers only peck for food in the wood?  So if there was no food in wood on the boat, then there'd be no worry.  But why were mosquitoes & flies brought on board?  And what did they feed all the animals that were carnivores?

  4. If you believe the story of Noah enough to ask this question, then obviously he did have woodpeckers.

Apparently, 2 woodpeckers aren't capable of inflicting enough damage to an ark to sink it.

  5. Of course he did, he had 2 of everything.  He did not need to keep them all the animals came with him of their own will.  Otherwise how would all the predators get along with all the prey species.  They likely stayed in the rafters visiting with all the other birds.

  6. Baby, that's a Bible story, if you wanna believe Noah had woodpeckers, then please do so.  You don't need to ask for conformation.  Obviously ole Noah kept them in a cage.

  7. Woodpeckers are careful not to destroy the structure of the wood that they search for food.  Termites would have been problematic if the trip was longer.

  8. Woodpeckers would be kept in cages darling until the rain stopped. lol
