Question:

Did Obama's response to Al Gore's endorsement get cut off in your area?

Al Gore's endorsement of Obama came on in Los Angeles at 6pm pst, right in the middle of Larry King and Dan Abrams. After Gore's endorsement speech, just as Obama was about to make his own speech, they cut away and went right back to their regular programming. I couldn't find Obama's response being broadcast anywhere on TV!

Have you noticed how we only get snippets and sound bites of Obama now that the primaries are over? Sometimes they show whole speeches on C-Span but not always and not this time. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm interested in what my candidate has to say. I'm wondering if people in other areas of the country were allowed to watch him? I'm so fed up with corporate TV. They make me want to barf.

  1. He got cut off on the East Coast also; I think they were pissed that he was late, and so cut him off--what do you think?  I would like to see his speech somewhere, but haven't been able to find it on the web.  Maybe Obama's website will post it, but they haven't yet.

We are fed up here as well.

I'm sure we will be hearing a lot more in the months to come, but to be honest,I don't feel like I missed much.Just more of the same.
