Doubtful Polls are never a barometer of who wins the elections. And since most polls lean democratic and always say their candidate will win what does that tell you? Polls don't matter until early to mid October after the debates and after people have really made up their mind. Right after the gop convention it will balance back out with undecideds jumping on john McCain's side also.

Polls measure news cycles that occurred three days earlier.  It was the DNC that boosted Obama, whether the Palin mess boosts him further remains to be seen.  I have my fingers crossed.

Obama got a bounce from his Convention. McCain will get a bounce from his also unless his VP Pick fails to interest the Independents!Personally I feel that the pick is "Bad Judgment". To put some one in VP seat without Foreign affairs experience!  McCain put winning Election before "Country".
