That wouldn't surprise me - republicans are so terrified of s*x that they can't deal with it at all.  Just Say No!  Don't teach birth control - Don't allow any birth control!  Got to be pregnant and not be pregnant at the same time - No Abortion!  Jesus might get really really mad and kill you!
