Did Pelosi shut down the House so she could go on her book-signing tour and avoid an energy bill?

I really am miffed about Pelosi playing a Democratic game.  I'm sure she there were forewarned by her party members to take care of the energy bill, however, she always knows best . The biggest reason is she  wanted to sell her book, which was scheduled a while back.  This move hurt her reputation.  

  Pelosi doesn't look or sound good even with a face lift. It's character that counts.  I vote a thumbs down for Pelosi for stalling.

The Democrats are a pathetic group, but we put them there, so we are to blame.

Probably!  She's only sold about 2200 books since it went onto the market!  Not exactly a best seller!
