did she only receive the beautiful saphire and diamond engagement ring that we've all seen in pictures. I only have seen that blue ring on her left hand. At first I thought maybe it was common in the UK to only get 1 ring but did she have two?

Welsh gold is a very rare and precious metal mined in the mountains of Snowdonia, Wales. The royal patronage of jewellery formed out of Welsh gold still continues today. Her Majesty The Queen, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother, Her Highness Princess Margaret, and HRH Camilla The Duchess of Cornwall all wore/wear wedding rings fashioned from Welsh gold.
