Did Rihanna jock Chris Brown's tattoos of the stars on the back of his neck...?

I thought she got hers first but one of my friends said that Chris had his first on the right side of his neck and then when they started dating, Rhianna got stars on the left side of her neck. Then later she just added more.

How did it happen?
