Did Romney s***w McCain at the last minute?

I'm reading in political blogs that Romney led McCAin to believe he would run with him and withdrew his support at the last minute to s***w him. What do you think?

Yea I read some things on that as well. Mitt realized he wouldn't be causing McCain to lose by withdrawing because he doesn't believe McCain can win anyway and so he took the opportunity to get back at him for the nasty primary races. Remember when McCain blasted Mitt over supposed time tables for withdrawing from Iraq which was not even an accurate attack and now McCain is talking time tables. Good for Mitt.

Where are you getting your information from; phony liberal blogs?

Romney is still supporting McCain, it's McCain that keeps kicking Romney to the curb and I, for one, am sick of it.  I was and still am a Romney supporter and have been considering a write-in.  McCain can still win if he gets his head out of his a**, but he's too stubborn to.

I think McSame screwed himself big time with his choice for v.p.

I can see that this possibility might make sense...although do you think that Romney would let down his party and not agree to the VP position?
