  1. No, he did not. Absolute great leadership and was able to entertain an audience and speak with carisma off the cuff. It wasn't until later in his life well after leaving office that we started hearing from the media he was diagnosed with the disease.

In the end, however, they were never able to achieve the majority vote of cabinet secretaries to meet the constitutional requirement.
