Did Rove pick McCain's VP last night?

Rove who hand pick Bush, was on the phone with McCain for two days and on Fox news they said that Rove told McCain who not to pick?

Are we going to let Rove pick another Bush?

As much as I hate Bush, Cheney and all they have done to our country and the world for the last 8 years, I would rather be screwed by loyal Americans than by the most un-American man to ever be in politics.  In addition, after the election both houses of Congress will be overwhelmingly Dem and they will keep a tight rein on McCain.

You might be right but not because of the reason you're conjecturing. Rove always has his eyes on the EV numbers, something no one else really does and I'm not praising the guy either- he screwed and manipulated quite a bit with Bush's brain.
