he was sick of being with the bulldogs and having to get them through everything

he needed a change

no-one quite knows the exact reason but he chose to leave so i think everyone should respect his decision

he should of let his team know and his fans know but that was his choice of how he left...

I guess he just got sick and tired of carrying the Dogs all season. He should go to Melbourne and play with some other players in the same class as him!

No he did not go over to France to entice Gaz back. The reason for this is that Gaz is playing for the Dragons and will continue to do so until the Dragons are out. Unfortunately, Sonny Bill is carrying on like a spoilt child. His walking out on his team, team mates, club and fans shows that he has no interest in anything but himself. One word of warning for him and other would be players going to France. French management of rugby clubs are not averse to ripping up contracts if a player doesn't meet expectations, so careful, be very careful.

I don't think Sonny Bill wants to play in front of 5 people each game, Melbourne supporters, so unfortuately he will never go to your club.

On the other hand, SBW went because apparently he did not like the money he was earning, and wanted more, I'm pretty sure.I've heard tons of times he wasn't happy at the Bulldogs anyway, so theres some main factors to why he probably left.

They should enjoy each others company, they could spend there spare time counting the moolah!! SBW wont be the last to go!!! I hope Melbourne have tied everbody up, I read Billy has a get out clause in his contract and with 2 new superleague teams coming in there will be plenty of folding being thrown at the big names
