Nope.

In fact, Al Queda declared Saddam Hussein as one of their enemies.  Osama bin Laden and Saddam spent most of the 1990s trying to kill each other.

The only people who say Iraq and 911 were connected are people who listened to Bush and his lies.

Do you mean Al Qaeda, perhaps?  Assuming that is the case, then no, Saddam did not give money to Al Qaeda.  Saddam brutally suppressed fundamentalist religious organizations in Iraq, so he wasn't about to give money to such an organization.  Besides, Osama bin Laden, (you know, the founder of Al Qaeda) considered Saddam an apostate, someone who had forsaken the faith. There was no link whatsoever between Saddam and Al Qaeda.
