One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich was a book banned by MY HIGH SCHOOL library, as it had a card in the card catalog, and when I didn't see it on the shelf, the librarian said it had bad language in it and was removed. ( I can provide this information with a sworn affidavit if needed to a published journalist with year, location of library and name of librarian).Obviously long enough ago where there were card catalogs.

Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn wrote One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich, an author whose a favorite of John McCain.

Think John McCain knows Sarah Palin desired to ban books with bad language, used by an author he likes?

  1. Who cares, I want her?

  2. You need to back that up with fact. Usually it is the school board that has anything to do with banned books.

  3. Well, I don't know about that specific book, but as Mayor, she wanted to ban books from the Public library because of bad language.
