No, they never fought each other, although a few years back, they were going to fight each other, but it didn't materialize because Shane Mosley got beat by Winky Wright. As a result, Wright got the Tito fight instead.

They have some common opponents though:

Oscar De La Hoya- Mosley beat him twice by decision and Tito beat him once by decision.

Fernando Vargas- Mosley beat him twice by TKO and Tito beat him once by TKO.

Winky Wright- Mosley lost to him twice by decision and Tito lost to him once by decision.

Ricardo Mayorga- Mosley is most likely going to fight him this October and Tito beat him by TKO.
