  1. No, She did an excellent job but Sandra just had a better rountine

  2. she 16 so im not mad i mean come on its not really normal for a 16 year old girl to go to the olympics and win silver rite

  3. I wasn't disappointed at all, and here's why:

It was great to see a competition where the gold medalist didn't win because the silver medalist really messed up.  The gold medalist should be more skilled than the rest; she shouldn't win because of someone else's error.  Because Shawn put up a great fight, it makes the gold for the Romanian all that much better.  Shawn Johnson did great, and she (and we) should be really proud of her.

  4. i honestly think she deserved the gold but who knows probably only bcuz she's world champ the judge's where judging her stricter...

  5. I thought her performances were fantastic, especially her landings, perfect balance.  It just happened that Liukin was better, and more graceful.

  6. I wish she would have won gold but she is NOT a dissappointment!

  7. Not at all, but the unfair and biased judging in favor of the Chinese did disappoint me. Not to mention all the cheating that is involved. Say what you want but there is definitely something wrong there and anyone who says that the 12 year old girls from China won fair and square is delusional.

  8. No, not all all!

In fact, I thought like her more now than I did before. She is very graceful in defeat.

I kept trying to bring myself to want to support more local (Texas) gymnasts like Nastia, but I couldn't help but admire and cheer for her the most.

There are great things on the horizon with that one.

  9. No. I think she gave it her all, she did amazing, and that's all she could do. But she still has a chance for gold, on the balance beam, which she's really good at. But, if anything, I give her credit for her three silvers and for her optimism and sportsmanship, espicially towards her teammate/roommate, Nastia Liukin.

  10. She is 16 years old.

She is not perfect.  She did her best out there, and she still got an impressive medal haul.

I'm very proud of her and honored that she represented my country the way she did.

  11. to save myself from typing ill agree with dj battles all the way.dont watch tonight the uneven bars.accidently seen a websight and you can just guess whats gonna happen.wont spoil it fer ya all.

  12. She did her best. She wants gold medal as much as other athletic wants.

  13. Not at all.  She was fantastic in her events.  Three silvers ain't too shabby.

  14. of course not....she did her best and i really think she should have won she seems like such a nice person

  15. She did the best she could, which is a heck of a lot better than most ordinary people could do.

  16. I am very proud of Shawn Johnson.  She did her level best.

  17. She didn't disappoint but I do think she should have won the floor event since hers was a much more difficult routine.  The judging has been uneven at times.

  18. she did the best she could

  19. she deserves a gold, those chinese judge favoured the romanian girl because the chinese girl fell thus having no chance to medal so they picked someone else to be the gold medalist, they are just jealous of shawn johnson.
