Good news this if it is true. Save us the bother of keeping him for a life of luxury. Anyone that kills another human being deserves to die. Why have they the right to live when they have ended the life on another. But we now have the right it seems that it is ok to do this as they only serve about twelve years, and then let out to do it again if they so wish to do. The Law wants tightening up on a lot of these Sentences that are metered out to killers. Life should mean LIFE and no exceptions.
