Yup everyone forgets he has access to the Intelligence community, but most of his stuff is from declassified documents like this news website does -->www.infowars.com

Tom Clancy is a witch! We should burn him at the stake. I bet, if you weighed him, he would weigh the same as a duck!

Actually, it is kinda weird, but Clancy is also a genius for spotting things like this. Granted, happening on the exact same year as his story is a little odd, but he is still very good at making political predictions.  Maybe we should check to see if Putin is a Clancy fan.
